A couple years ago I was standing at the Adobe booth watching Patrick Koster do a demo when he opened a video clip inside Photoshop and started applying filters and adjustment layers. This is so much fun it should be illegal!

Sepia Tone and Vignette (1:59) In this tutorial you will learn how to add a hue and saturation adjustment layer and vignette to make your video clip look old. Example *Make sure to convert the video layer to a "Smart Object" to apply the vignette to more than just one frame. Layers menu/Smart Objects/Convert to Smart Object.
Scan Lines (5:30) In this tutorial you will learn how to blend scan lines and colorize a clip to make it look like a spy movie. Example
